    These terms of service govern your use of Adyllic's programmatic advertising services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

    1. Service Description

    Adyllic is a service provided by Affiliated Group AB (VAT SE559241111901).

    Adyllic provides programmatic advertising services including display, mobile, and video advertising through our network of premium placements.

    We act as an intermediary between advertisers and publishers to deliver targeted digital advertising.

    2. Advertiser Responsibilities

    The advertiser is responsible for ensuring all advertising material complies with applicable laws, including advertising regulations and good marketing practices.

    The advertiser guarantees they have the necessary rights to all material submitted to Adyllic.

    The advertiser is responsible for ensuring advertising content is truthful and not misleading.

    3. Payment Terms

    Billing occurs monthly in arrears based on actual delivery.

    Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

    Late payments will incur interest according to applicable law.

    4. Campaign Delivery

    Adyllic undertakes to deliver agreed campaign volume according to agreed specifications.

    We reserve the right to reject advertising material that violates our guidelines or applicable law.

    Campaign reporting is provided via our platform or as agreed.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Adyllic's liability is limited to direct damages and may never exceed the amount paid by the advertiser for the relevant campaign.

    Adyllic is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data.

    6. Term and Termination

    Agreements are valid for the agreed period. Rolling agreements may be terminated with 30 days notice.

    In case of material breach, either party has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

    7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

    Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts.
